Stokes have been roasting beans for over a hundred years. Our coffees are roasted using the world’s most eco-friendly coffee roasting system, the award winning American ‘Smart Roaster’. This innovative machine dramatically reduces carbon emissions helping us to protect our environment whilst also producing perfectly roasted beans in large quantities.

We are a 4^th generation family-run business established in 1902. We specialise in sourcing, blending, roasting and supplying a wide range of coffees. The ancestral home of our business is at our High Bridge Café in Lincoln: Built on a bridge over the River Witham, this 16^th century half-timbered building is the only one of its kind in the UK and is a popular tourist attraction in Lincoln.
