For the City of York Council, we have assessed their current cafe provision, provided feasibility services for future projects, advised new suppliers, re-written menus and re-merchandised cafes.
For Dryland, Kensington High Street, we have assisted in the design and layout of the cafe and sourced all equipment. Assistance was given with recruitment, hygiene requirements, menu design, and training.
For Select Service Partners, we have a long relationship in helping to develop their barista training program and carry out audits on their units worldwide
For Arla, we carried out research on milk for baristas and continue to advise in this area
For Costa, we advise on milk techniques and are proud to help judge their annual barista championships.
For the University of Huddersfield, we created a brand for their in house catering facilities and build a number of mobile bars situated around the campus.
