Day 2 - Thursday 24 June
A Whole New World
An exploration into different concepts for different markets
What is the average daily coffee spend in five different parts of the world? How is the coffee retail landscape different to where you operate? Who is challenging the chains? Where is the market heading next? Find the answers to these and many more questions from our panel who trade, develop and supply café bars in different geographical locations around the world.
On day two of the conference we will be exploring the challenges with operating café bars in different markets; from the UK to Scandinavia, Eastern Europe to mainland Europe and Australia to the US.
Our speakers will share their knowledge of the latest developments and changing trends in the territories in which they operate, providing an invaluable insight for anyone looking to adopt new business practices based on successful models or for those interested in expansion into new markets.
The format will be individual presentations by each speaker with a round table discussion and questions welcomed from the floor at the end. The host for day two of the conference is Barry Kither, Lavazza UK.
