Day 1 - Wednesday 23 June
Managing Change
A focus on change management strategies
The opening day of the conference focuses on the critical issue of change. Every organisation, no matter how large or small, needs to have the tools in place to adapt to the fluctuating demands of the world in which they operate. Day one of the conference will look at all aspects of change management, from dealing with shifting consumer demands through to the fallout of the current worldwide economic crisis.
Senior representatives from Starbucks, Caffè Nero and Intelligentsia Coffee will explore the challenges facing our industry and how they are tackling it. In addition, world leading management consultant, Jeff Grout, will provide an invaluable look at change management strategies for success.
The format will be an individual presentation by each speaker with a round table discussion and questions welcomed from the floor at the end. Hosting day one will be Colin Hughes, former Retail Director of sandwich chain, EAT, who has also held senior positions at M&S and Prêt a Manger.
