Colin has held several senior management positions throughout his career most notably with Marks & Spencer throughout the UK and Ireland, Pret A Manger and, most recently, as Board Retail Director with EAT where he was instrumental in growing the business from 25 to 100 shops. He has led several change programmes at board level and believes that organisations only change if the individuals within that organisation change. A native of Armagh in Northern Ireland, Colin is a four times-a-day 'double skinny macchiato' addict, holds an Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management and, for pleasure, exercises the privilege of his European Private Pilots Licence most weekends!
